Quality Policy

Health & Safety 

All projects are executed in accordance with the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007.  Where relevant, clients are notified of their obligations under the Regulations by letter prior to appointment.

The following staff are the designated competent persons for health and safety matters as required by the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999:

Continuing Professional Development

The practice is committed to the continuing professional development of its staff.  Senior staff undertake annual CPD in accordance with the requirements of their professional institutions.  Junior staff are encouraged to achieve vocational and professional qualifications with “off the job” training and courses as required via local colleges and on-line resources.
